When you visit New Orleans, you can’t leave without visiting the popular Cafe du Monde. New Orleans retailer Sneaker Politics and Cafe du Monde teamed up with Saucony to release a limited edition Shadow 5000, inspired by NOLA’s famous and delicious beignets.

The collab is constructed in a mix of suede, leather, and mesh detailed with White flecks covering the upper of the silhouette, which pays homage to the powdered sugar used on the dessert. The silhouette also includes co-branded tongue tags atop a Green rubber outsole, that represents the colors of the Du Monde’s patio sign.

The Sneaker Politics x Cafe Du Monde x Saucony Shadow 5000 releases on June 22nd,  at their New Orleans location and online via: Sneakerpolitics.com at 11AM for $120 USD. Check out more detailed images below.
