The Impact of the Relationships With Money Program: Empowering Entrepreneurs with Frost Bank

At COSIGN, we are committed to fostering innovation and supporting the entrepreneurial spirit. This year, in partnership with Frost Bank, we were thrilled to host the third Relationships With Money program, a dynamic four-week initiative designed to equip entrepreneurs with the financial knowledge and skills necessary for sustainable success. The program culminated in an exciting pitch competition that showcased the remarkable talents and innovative ideas of our participants.

A Collaborative Effort for Entrepreneurial Success

The Relationships With Money program brought together over 40 entrepreneurs from diverse industries, all eager to enhance their financial literacy and strategic planning capabilities. Over the course of four weeks, these entrepreneurs engaged in a series of intensive workshops, mentorship sessions, and networking events. The curriculum was meticulously crafted to address critical aspects of financial management, including budgeting, cash flow analysis, investment strategies, and securing funding.

Pitching for Success:

One of the most anticipated aspects of the Relationships With Money program was the pitch competition, where participants had the opportunity to present their business ideas to a panel of seasoned judges. Eleven participants made it to the final round, each delivering compelling pitches that highlighted their innovative solutions and growth potential.

We are proud to announce the winners of this year’s Relationships With Money pitch competition:

3rd Place: The Breast Choice Lactation

The Breast Choice Lactation impressed the judges with their comprehensive approach to supporting new mothers. Their business offers personalized lactation consulting services, educational resources, and community support, all aimed at improving the breastfeeding experience. The judges were particularly impressed with their dedication to maternal health and their scalable business model.

2nd Place: La Lueur Health & Wellness

La Lueur Health & Wellness captivated the panel with their holistic approach to wellness. Their business integrates physical health, mental well-being, and community engagement to create a unique and impactful wellness experience. La Lueur’s innovative programs and commitment to fostering a healthier community earned them the well-deserved second place.

1st Place: Scent & Fire

The top honor went to Scent & Fire, a business that combines the art of scent-making with mental health advocacy. Scent & Fire creates hand-poured candles infused with aromatherapeutic benefits, designed to enhance mental well-being and promote relaxation. The judges were particularly impressed with the founder’s passion, the quality of the products, and the strong connection between the business and its social mission.

The Power of Partnerships

The success of the Relationships With Money program would not have been possible without the invaluable partnership with Frost Bank. Their commitment to empowering entrepreneurs and fostering financial literacy aligns seamlessly with our mission at COSIGN. Through their support, we were able to provide participants with access to industry experts, valuable resources, and the necessary tools to navigate the complexities of financial management.

We’d also like to extend a huge thank you to Impact Ventures for their partnership and allowing us to host our pitch competition at their amazing venue.

Looking Ahead

The impact of the Relationships With Money program extends far beyond the pitch competition. The entrepreneurs who participated in the program have gained not only financial acumen but also a supportive network of peers and mentors. As they move forward in their entrepreneurial journeys, we are confident that they will continue to make significant contributions to their communities and the broader economy.

At COSIGN, we are incredibly proud of the accomplishments of all the participants and are excited to continue our partnership with Frost Bank to support and celebrate entrepreneurship. The Relationships With Money program is just one of the many initiatives we are committed to in our ongoing efforts to empower, educate, and elevate the next generation of business leaders.

Stay tuned for more updates and success stories from our amazing entrepreneurs. Together, we are building a brighter future, one innovative idea at a time.
