COSIGN Her — The Women's History Month Issue

The next issue of COSIGN Magazine has officially arrived, and this one hits different.

This is the COSIGN Her Issue, our Women’s History Month edition celebrating 17 powerhouse women who are shaping culture, building businesses, advocating for communities, and redefining what leadership looks like across Dallas and beyond.

For years, COSIGN has been about one thing: spotlighting the people who are doing the work and pushing culture forward. This issue continues that mission, but with a special focus on the women who are building the future in real time.

At the center of this issue are four incredible women featured on the cover — leaders who represent power, purpose, and the impact women are making across industries.

Shaunda Musick is one of the most recognizable voices in Dallas–Fort Worth sports and entertainment. Born and raised in Arlington and a graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington, she has built an impressive career in broadcasting, representing major organizations like the Dallas Cowboys, Texas Rangers, Dallas Wings, and Dallas Pulse. Known for her dynamic presence behind the mic, Shaunda also hosts and emcees corporate events, award ceremonies, and major productions across the country and internationally, making her a powerful voice at the intersection of sports, media, and culture.

Judge Kim Cooks is the definition of service and justice in action. As a Dallas County judge, she has dedicated her career to ensuring fairness within the legal system while also championing mentorship, education, and opportunities for the next generation. Her leadership reminds us that representation in positions of power matters — especially in spaces where decisions shape people’s lives.

B. Michelle Williams has become one of the most influential strategists in Dallas’ entrepreneurial ecosystem. From advising major organizations to helping founders navigate innovation and access opportunities, Michelle has quietly built a reputation as the person behind some of the most impactful initiatives happening across the region. Known as the “Olivia Pope” of Dallas entrepreneurship, her work proves that real power often operates behind the scenes.

And then there’s Iris Lopez, a dynamic leader whose work reflects the growing influence of Latina women in business and community leadership. Iris represents the power of culture, resilience, and ambition, showing that when women lead with purpose and pride in their roots, they can transform industries and inspire entire communities.

Together, these four women embody what the COSIGN Her Issue is all about: leadership, culture, impact, and legacy.

But the movement doesn’t stop with the cover.

Inside this issue, we highlight 17 remarkable women who are making their mark across law, entrepreneurship, real estate, innovation, and community development. Women like Victoria Neave, whose legislative leadership helped reduce Texas’ rape kit backlog and deliver justice for thousands of survivors. Women like Alejandra Garcia-Ponce, founder of Latina Social Club DFW, who is building powerful spaces for Latinas to connect, celebrate culture, and find belonging in Dallas.

What makes this issue even more powerful is the spirit of COSIGN itself.

Each woman featured in this issue was asked to COSIGN another woman — someone they believe deserves recognition, visibility, and opportunity. Because the most impactful leaders don’t just climb the ladder.

They reach back and lift others up.

The COSIGN Her Issue is more than a magazine. It’s a celebration of women who are shaping culture, building communities, and creating pathways for the next generation.
