In recent news it seems like it’s “going home” season for the elite NBA athletes and brands. Following the announcement of its first Flight 23 store in New York, Jordan Brand unveils they plan to open a second location in Chicago. This will be a major move since Chi-town is basically the birthplace of the Jordan Brand and a tribute to Michael Jordan himself. The Chicago flagship store will be a 36,000 square-foot space located at 34 S. State Street in a joint venture with Footaction. The store is set to open June 2015, stay tuned for more possible Flight 23 stores from the Jumpman in the near future. Maybe Texas will get one….
