Who: Lab Art x Dallas is Dallas x City Bicycle Co.

LAB ART, the largest gallery in the nation devoted to street art – founded in 2011 by Iskander Lemseffer. LAB ART expanded to Dallas after private equity financiers Eric Rosiak and Adam Persiani discovered the gallery. The duo developed a friendship with Lemseffer during frequent LA business trips and convinced him to bring his concept to Dallas.

Dallas is Dallas celebrates the city through imagery, limited edition apparel, and by highlighting the creative that live and breathe the culture. The group operates as a passion project based off a crazy experiment to re-brand the city of Dallas.

City Bicycle Co. is a design-driven fixed gear bicycle company with a focus on providing the everyday traveler with the perfect bicycles and lifestyle accessories.

What: For LAB ART’s one-year anniversary, the team has partnered with Dallas is Dallas + City Bicycle Co. on a capsule collection of limited edition bicycles curated by some of Dallas’ most notable names. 7 of Dallas’ best local artists will design their vision of the city on a City Bicycle. The “Dallas City Type 001” bikes will be displayed and sold as art at LAB ART Texas. A percentage of sales will benefit Booker T. Washington HSP&ARTS, DISD’s arts magnet school.
