THE RAGE OF TRAVIS SCOTT IN DALLAS, TX
Travi$ Scott, the man behind the mixtape nominated for Best Mixtape of 2013 titled Owl Pharaoh, made one hell of an appearance last night in our city! Thanks to the homies over at Intelligent Grind, Dallas probably got one of the craziest shows of the year last night. To be honest, this shit was live as fuck. Can I even say that in a post? I don’t think I can, but those words are the only words that do this show justice. If you’ve ever seen Travi$ perform, then you know how he jumps around on EVERYTHING and EVERYWHERE. The energy he brings to all of his performances is just phenomenal. At the beginning of the show, there was a bystander standing side stage just watching him perform, not going crazy or jumping around like anyone else. Travi$ stopped the music for a second and said, “I guess you’ve never been to a Travi$ Scott show before.” Next thing you know, the music drops, and Travi$ is screaming lyrics into this dude’s face! I don’t know where the dude went after that, but hopefully he knows now that if you go to a Travi$ Scott show, you better be ready to get out of control. You have to scream, you have to jump around, you have to stand on anything and everything, climb on whatever you can…you have to rage. As for the rest of the crowd, they were definitely about that raging life! And of course, Travi$ was going all sorts of crazy himself.
