Peace, Music, Love & Boost
In 1969 the original Woodstock Festival brought together half a million people in a celebration of peace, music and love. It was also a symbol of the hippie movement, a lifestyle which shaped the culture for many generations. Nice Kicks and Adidas Consortium latest collaboration, reminds us of the good precious memories the festival represented.
The sneaker is designed in a tie-dye spiral upper, translucent cages and a gum sole which is similar to the first Adidas consortium project, the NMD R1. The silhouette also features white boost midsoles and Woodstock branding on the tongues, for the finishing touches.
The Nice Kicks x Adidas Consortium Ultraboost “Woodstock,” releases on August 17 online at Nicekicks.com and all in-store locations for $180 USD.
