Well Happy Thursday my lovely readers I hope your week was successful and productive. I am back this week to give you what’s going on this beautiful weekend in the Dirty D. I know I was absent last week and I do apologize but no worries, because this weekend is poppin’ with things to do that will have you outside enjoying this beautiful weather! You ready?!

The Watch @ The Curtain Club

It’s that time of month again. The Watch will be starring one of my personal favorites out of the D, Jayson Lyric and many others. The Watch is the perfect time to get out and mingle with many of Dallas’s talented artist and check out great new music. Doors open at 8pm so come out, grab a drink, and kick it with the Cosign fam all while supporting local talents in Dallas!

New Works by Justin Terveen

If you love art this is going to be the place for you this Thursday. The Trinity River has never been more beautifully captivating through Terveen’s retrospect. Go catch a wonderful abundance of his cityscape photographs when Kettle Art Gallery (2650- B Main St.) debuts his new artwork in a solo exhibition which opens at 7 p.m this Thursday. Til’ Midnight @ the Nasher

It is back! My favorite thing to do on a Friday night is head to the sculpture center across from Kylde Warren Park for a free fun filled time! The night involves social media scavenger hunts, progressive tours, and access to the permanent collection along with the special exhibitions. DJ Jeff Mitchell will be on the 1’s and 2’s starting at 7pm! The Nasher is located at 2001 Flora St. Visit nashersculpturecenter.org for more information

Dollz Haunted House

Looking for something a little more cost efficient but equally scary to do this weekend? Dollz Haunted House located off 603 Munger Ave. is the place to go. With tons of scary sights to get your heart rate going tickets start out at just 19bucks. Can’t beat that!

Last Weekend of the Texas State Fair

Yes, it is just about time to end our beloved Texas state fair. Located in Fair Park in Downtown Dallas take some time out this weekend to visit the fair! Grab you some fried foods, and ride the Ferris wheel before you have to wait until next October! Tickets range from 13-17 dollars with tons of deals running to decrease the price!

Charlie XCX @ Tree’s

You know Charlie! The “I’m so fancyyyy” chorus singer that is stuck in your head for hours after you hear it? Well she’s in Dallas this Saturday at Trees in Deep Ellum. Tickets start at 18 bucks and you can grab them at the door still! Don’t miss it!

Cultivate Festival brought to you by Chipotle!

This Saturday Chipotle brings Cultivate Fest to Dallas! Now I love me some chipotle but they have taken it a step further to bring Cultivate which is a festival bringing together food, ideas, and music all in one! Admission is free and it will be held at Lake Carolyn in Irving. Cultivate fest has been around the country in places like San Diego! For a free fun time brought to you by Chipotle you should not miss it. Starting at 11am and ending at 7pm get there early!
