Cosign Magazine was warmly welcomed to the Big Sant show last weekend in Austin, TX as a part of his MFxOG Tour. Despite the craziness of Texas Relays, we made our way downtown through the swangin’ classics, flat-screen filled backseats, and Lamborghini doors. After sitting in way too much traffic for our liking, we parked and walked our way over to the venue. The openers such as Slimm Pusha and Mr. Franklin at this show were quite surprising due to having a lot of diversity to their styles. Peep one of the openers that really stood out to us here! (QLee) Big Sant stepped on stage and blessed everyone with tracks from the MFxOG mix tape, as well as some older tracks from past mix tapes, including the collab he did with the incredibly talented, Big K.R.I.T, “Return of Forever”. The true Sant fans were clearly in the building that night, as they were able to go back & forth, line for line, with him by shouting his lyrics into the microphone from the crowd. Overall, the show was a nice turn-out and everyone seemed to enjoy themselves, while enjoying the southern-style jams by the Mississippi artist.
